Owner - Keshea Roland
Founder & CEO - With over two decades of experience in the cleaning industry, Keshea turned a solo venture into a thriving company built on faith, integrity, and excellence. A full-time mom, 911 dispatcher, and passionate entrepreneur, she leads with heart and vision. Her mission is simple: create clean spaces and happy places, one client at a time.

Manager - cierra sawyer
Cierra is our Operations Manager, she keeps our day-to-day operations running smoothly. From scheduling and quality control to team support and customer satisfaction, she is the glue that holds it all together. Her sharp eye for detail and unwavering commitment ensures every job is done right the first time.
"I have been with Blue Ridge Cleaning since 2022. I started the management position at the end of 2024 and can not say enough how much I LOVE my job and getting to work with our owners and employees. I love the outdoors and adventuring, I'm a mother of 3 beautiful baby girls, and enjoy spending my free time with my girls or working with the nonprofit I'm a part of that helps mothers & children."
